I trust that God is abundantly blessing you and your church family. Since God has given so much, according to his word, “much is required”. This is His miraculous way of providing for His people.

As Ohio District Talents Director, I have been commissioned to accomplish a goal with your help. Talents is a youth driven program in which various departments are blessed through the support of your youth group. Disbursements are as follows:
Home Missions
Foreign Missions
Women’s Esprit
Blue Mountain Children’s Home
Youth Works
Scholarship Programs
National Youth Quizzing
P.K. Away
Crusader Youth Core Mission Trip
And other Nation Apostolic Crusader arms of Ministry

This program is especially important because it gives back to our state 25%! This portion assists in the costs of Mid-Winter Youth Retreat, ALJC Ohio Camp, Back-to-School Rally, Bible Quizzing and our newest addition IMPACT OHIO Missions Trip. This year, Crusaders will be IMPACTING Apostolic Gospel Church in Stuebenville Ohio – this will create a new chance for a congregation to appropriately reach the lost. In 2007 we accomplished so much through your generous contributions. We have seen God’s miraculous power in the lives of our churches and communities. Now, in 2008, our goal is even greater. If you look back and remember all that God has done in the past year, doesn’t it make you want to strive even more to witness more of God’s miracles?! This years goal is to raise $10,000 for Talents.

If every one of the thirty-seven churches would meet a minimal goal of giving $270 by September ‘08, this would surpass last year’s contributions and meet or goal of $10,000! We are still not exempt from trials and hardships; however, 1 Peter 2:21 says, “For even hereunto were ye called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps.” Your labor and effort is not in vain.

Leaders, I’m asking you to help us rally the youth of Ohio to meet this challenge. I will be in contact with you or your youth director regarding what your church’s goal is for this year.
